      with regard to costs.

  Free estimate on repairs where fault has already been diagnosed.

  We have a fixed labour cost regardless of the time spent at the job, no unfair hourly rate.

  The labour cost for all repairs to freestanding appliances is a fixed £48 inclusive of VAT.

      ~ £55 labour cost may be charged for repairs to built in / integrated washing machines and dishwashers.  This is

      due to the extended labour involved in removing and accessing built in appliances.

      ~ £75 labour is charged for repairs to American style double door fridge freezers

      New Integrated Appliance Installation Service

      ~ £75 is charged for the installation of new built in / integrated machines, this includes washing 

       machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, fridges, freezers, and fridge freezers.

      Installation includes

• Unpacking the new appliance, removing and disposing of the packaging
• Removing the plinths and panel door of your old appliance
• Connecting the new appliance to existing pipe work
• Do any basic carpentry work required (e.g. drilling holes, removing back panel)
• Level and situate neatly in the space
• Fit the existing panel door to the new appliance
• Demonstrate and explain the key features

  New Fault diagnosis and estimate £25 inclusive of VAT (charged if time is spent identifying the fault or

     the part that needs replacing and you decide you don't want  to go ahead with the repair). 

     The £25 charge is deducted from the labour cost if you decide to go ahead with the repair at a later

     date.

  All labour guaranteed for 12 months (the part guarantee will be passed on to 

      the customer, normally 6 months, can be 12 months depending on manufacturer)
